為了帶孩子們游泳，我們選擇了這家離家大約半小時車程的酒店，計劃住上一晚。孩子們在出發前就興奮了好久。到店辦理入住後，大家興沖沖地去泳池，結果被告知晚上 6 點後小童不允許使用泳池，衹能第二天早上 9 點以後才可以進入。但酒店 11 點就要退房，時間非常緊張。 於是我聯繫了訂房網站客服，希望能延遲退房。第一次溝通時，酒店表示需要每小時付款 10 英鎊的延遲費。我們提出了不滿，感謝訂房網站客服積極協調，最終酒店同意兩間房免費延遲退房兩小時。孩子們第二天早上玩得非常開心，這點非常加分。 酒店是新裝修的，整體設施在英國酒店中算是不錯。晚餐味道也可以，不過牛排略有些失望，好在服務員態度很好，沒有收取費用。IHG 的服務理念總體上體現得還不錯。 不過，酒店人手偏少，前台衹有兩位工作人員，辦理入住需要稍微等待。入住後也沒有人帶路，房間位置比較複雜，容易迷路。希望酒店未來能在這方面改進。另外，如果能增設一些親子房型，相信會更具吸引力。

前台某些員工不善待客人，亦不體諒客單一位女性亦編配需要搬行李上梯級， 房間殘舊佈滿塵埃，房間望外境情況惡劣 房間設施壞嘅，電視經常開唔著，電話壞嘅，圓枱搖晃 廁所沖涼嘅水流好細，床上用品沒有更換，很多頭髮，床單更變黃。 酒店無視清楚房間的門牌指示 酒店員工更無視你想清楚房間 住10天，我只要求清潔一次亦沒有幫我執過房，直至我忍受七天要求換房， 入住十分不快。

Exceptional service for a half board stay on weekday that offered a tasty 3-course dinner and breakfast in such a premium hotel with pool, gym room, steam room and sauna! Definitely worth to come again and again!

On arrival we were asked to pay £10 for parking which seems odd. I could understand if you weren’t a guest, but if you’re staying I don’t understand why you have to pay. Reception was easy and hassle free. Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had to ask for extra teabags, milk sugar as only a couple in the room. Slept well. No noise. Breakfast was excellent Lots of choice and not greasy.

Excellent location for the town centre and plenty of parking, we booked parking through yourparkingspace.com and left the car there for the duration of our holiday from Birmingham airport. Rooms are air conditioned, very spacious and clean. Lovely bathroom.

Nice hotel in Solihul… Stayed for business… Made use of the gym, pool and sauna etc… Nice breakfast which catered for vegans… The young girl manning the breakfast was lovely..

The hotel was clean and facilties were great. Nice Sauna, shower and Jacuzzi. Also the room was nice and we had the dinner and breakfast was lovely with a great selection.
